Interior shutters are timeless, and unlike other window treatments our shutters are a permanent addition to your home. The versatility of shutters allow you to adjust to room darkening in some rooms and light filtering in other rooms by rotating louvers to various angles.
Boise Shade Co. considers that there are no standard windows. A custom shutter unit needs to be built specifically for each individual window opening, to ensure there aren’t any unnecessary gaps.
When we visit you for your free in-home estimate, we will measure every window, since no two windows are exactly the same size.
Shutters are energy efficient because they are installed tightly to the window frame. In the winter, shutters create a barrier to keep you warm inside and closed shutters in the summer keeps your home cooler by keeping the sun from beating into your rooms.
